Biography
A full description of myself and our office can be found on our website, along with hundreds of articles and summaries of California and Federal law. Our firm has been in existence in San Francisco for over seventy years and specializes in business, both domestic and internation, real estate matters, estate planning, and litigation and arbitration. Our clients usually become friends and collegues and many have utillized our services for decades.
We have represented all range of clients from individuals needing counseling as to how to start a business to the Ukranian and Brazilian governments. We are AV rated, the highest possible rating and have been for decades. We have argued cases in the United States Supreme Court and have appeared in matters all over the world.
Personally, I am a graduate of UC Berkeley undergrad and Harvard Law School. I have taught course for Continuing Education of the Bar and local colleges. I have been an arbitrator and mediator.
We pride ourselves in helping the Bay Area community and I am a member of over a dozen non profit boards. Please see for one of our most active foundations.
