I am not getting paid to write this.This review is 100 percent truthful straight from me personally. If you Demand the Best hire Kavin Williams . I can't speak for others but this is my personal experience. I hired Kavin in October of 2024 because our family was illegally evicted.Kavin went r...ight to work on our Defense. He is knowledgeable, professional, kind,and very thorough .He even got a judge to rethink and change an original ruling after Kavin pointed out a prior case reference and for a judge to admit a mistake ...it is Very rare. He took the time to answer critical questions prior to each of our in court appearances as well as incredible coaching to make sure we understood how to defend ourselves in court. He does not posture and make false promises like some attorneys I have worked with in the past .

I spoke with him once, and he was interested in taking my case, but I never heard back. I politely asked him about three times for an update, whether or not he was going to take my case, and if not, to communicate with me, so I can seek another lawyer, in case of potential deadlines, but never heard ...back, and it's been over a month. He did not respect me enough to even communicate; he just left me hanging, which is selfish.

I wanted an attorney to pursue claims against a criminal landlord who was acting in collusion with the local PD. This guy was very eager to get paid without providing any proper answers. I did not pay thinking this guy was not worth the money and I am proven right. I have filed the lawsuit without t...he help of a lawyer like this and have saved the money. Guys like this should be disbarred and not allowed to practice law in this great state.

Terrible! Do not I repeat do not use for any landlord/tenant matters. Hes too newly licensed to have any real knowledge to help you. Will babble hid way to billing you for useless conversations. Thinks he works big law and worthy of over 350+ /hr! He flips out if you question him about his experience.... Bipolar! A huge mistake to hire for anything he thinks he graduated Harvard and you have no options. Find someone else. It’s not worth the fact that he has to learn everything on the fly on your dime. Needs to work in a law firm and gain more experience before he has the arrogant attitude he has! I truly believe he has a behavioral problem. Find someone else to represent you.
