Justin Coulter White

Justin C. White’s practice focuses on employment law, commercial litigation, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, and other complex civil litigation matters.  Mr. White achieved his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law where he earned an International and Comparative Law Certificate with Honors.  He also holds a B.A. in political science from Miami University of Ohio.  During law school, Mr. White served as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard Kramer in the Complex Litigation Department of the San Francisco Superior Court and as a certified law clerk with the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office.  Additionally, he was selected to participate in the Frank C. Newman International Human Rights Clinic where he had an opportunity to lobby United Nations delegates and speak before an assembly of the United Nations Human Rights Council.  Mr. White also gained valuable employment law experience as a volunteer with the Workers’ Rights Program at La Raza Centro Legal.  Mr. White’s prior professional legal experience focused on representing clients in a wide range of matters, including products liability, professional negligence, and dangerous condition of public property cases.
