Hons Yung

Hons Yung counsels and works closely with families and individuals to design, create, and implement estate plans focused on minimizing estate, gift, income, and property taxes.  Through the use of various estate planning vehicles, including revocable living trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts (ILITs), "defective" grantor trusts, grantor-retained annuity trusts (GRATs), qualified personal residence trusts (QPRTs), family partnerships and LLCs, and charitable trusts, Hons tailors estate plans that are tax efficient and, most importantly, fit each client's personal needs and objectives.  Whether in the realm of estate planning, trust and estate administration, or taxation, Hons has the unique ability to present complex concepts both clearly and concisely.

Hons began his legal career as an estate planning associate at Haas & Najarian, LLP.  Prior to law school, Hons was a court clerk in the Probate Department of the Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco.
