Gregg Martin Ficks

Gregg Ficks leads the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Practice Group. He has a nationwide bankruptcy and restructuring practice focused on representing landlords, lenders, real estate developers, aircraft lessors, hotels, suppliers, and various other secured and unsecured creditors, both inside and outside of bankruptcy court. Gregg often represents parties seeking to buy assets of troubled companies in bankruptcy court. He also advises credit card processors on a wide range of debtor-creditor matters on a nearly daily basis.

Gregg devotes a significant portion of his practice to a wide range of commercial litigation and hospitality industry litigation outside of the bankruptcy arena. Gregg's litigation practice focuses on litigation for hotels/hotel management companies, landlord-tenant litigation, and fraudulent transfer, lien priority, and other debtor-creditor litigation. Gregg has a particular focus on defending hotels and other commercial property owners in Americans with Disabilities Act litigation. Gregg has prosecuted and defended several commercial and fraud trials through successful verdict.
