Frank was extremely helpful to me during a difficult time (my husband's death required review and re-forming a trust document). He was sensitive and really knowledgeable. For example, I needed a document re. ownership of my home and Mr. Yuen researched and obtained it so that I didn't have to do th...e legwork. He was also available to talk with other individuals involved in settling my husband's estate. He is highly professional.

Dealt with this attorney regarding matter and while initially he was helpful, I guess after he couldn't get more money or just got tired it was total disconnect. Anytime an inquiry was made, his interaction was quite "limited". Right now he doesn't correspondence/reply directly at all. It's as if... we're bothering him, imposing. Unfortunately there are still problems taking place and we don't feel that he's willing to help resolve. His stance has been a bit passive when things should have been handled with a bit more force. It's just very frustrating that we feel that we can go to him for assistance, when that's why we hired him.
