Ben specializes in civil litigation, including real estate litigation, business litigation, employment litigation, and construction litigation. Ben has successfully litigated and tried cases before juries and in arbitration. It frequently appears before governmental agencies, administrative tribunals, and dispute resolution forums.

Ben represents a full range clients in a broad spectrum of real estate matters and disputes, including landlord-tenant disputes, purchase/sale and co-ownership disputes, actions involving real estate professionals, defense of DFEH claims, homeowner association issues, easements, quiet title actions, partitions, insurance coverage matters, Ben is experienced in negotiating and drafting purchase, sale and lease documents.

Ben counsels clients in the an array of business mattes, including business formation, negotiation and drafting of contracts, sale and purchase of businesses and/or assets, and business litigation and risk management counseling.

Ben is a trained Mediator, and serves as a Judge Pro-tem and Settlement Conference Officer in San Francisco Superior Court. He has served as a Neutral in over 50 matters, ranging from landlord-tenant disputes to high value personal injury claims and family law settlements.
