About Barbara
Biography
Barbara Lawless has been practicing employment law in California for 35
years. Barbara is a 1972 graduate of the University of California's Boalt
Hall School of Law in Berkeley, and has written and lectured extensively on
wrongful termination, employment discrimination, and other employee rights
issues for 25 years. A past president of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers
Association, she has also served on the Executive Boards of The California
Lawyers Association, the California Employment Lawyers Association, and the
Consumer Attorneys of California.
