Ashley Morgan Rodet

Ashley Rodet embodies the term "ambulance chaser" to perfection. Her bombastic, aggressive, hostile, and combative approach turns the tragic event of divorce into a circus of conflict and discord. Divorce, a painful process involving two people who once loved each other and often children, becomes ...a goldmine for Rodet as she magnifies divisions and pits the parties against each other, all in the name of inflating her fees. During my unfortunate encounter with Rodet, she shamelessly exploited my self-representation, misrepresented facts to the Court, and twisted what could have been a simple and amicable process into a battleground. Her tactics are not only unnecessary but also detrimental, ensuring maximum damage for her personal gain. If you wish to exit a marriage with the least amount of damage to both parties, I strongly advise steering clear of Ashley Rodet. Save yourself from the unnecessary turmoil and seek a more compassionate and professional attorney.

Ashley pushed litigation aggresivelly until it was time to actually go to court and her strategy is to overwhelm the other party with RFOs. But, if the other party isn't intimidated, then she quickly wants to settle and not go to court. She failed to advice soundly on what might happen in court and ...instead gave false promises and confidence when she should have been guided me along on what the law says and what its intent is.

Ashley represented me in a difficult case where basically every potential issue was litigated. She was always very well prepared and organized, and did not waste time on unnecessary matters. She was always well prepared for court appearances. For example, when the opposing counsel would be flippin...g through his papers looking for something, Ashley would instantly pull it out of her file. Also, she seemed to be much more familiar with legal cases and family law practices than the other lawyers. She was always extremely professional and courteous, even through some very obnoxious and spiteful (and untrue) comments about me, and about her, from the other side. Her professionalism and thoroughness clearly showed in court and distinguished her from the several other attorneys we dealt with on the other side of this case. In the end we prevailed on almost all of the issues against some very aggressive opposing counsel. I highly recommend her for her professionalism, thoroughness and knowledge.

When comes to look for her clients best interest and fight for his/her rights Ashley does very poorly, she looks good in paper, but when the time comes at court, she doesn't perform well at all. She doesn't inform her client what goes on with the opposed lawyer.., she tries to settle the case as soon... as possible without any regards of her clients wishes or best outcome.
