Andrew Singh Gill

Andrew is an associate in the San Francisco office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP, where he focuses on transactional and corporate law. Andrew serves as outside general counsel to client companies. He advises clients on corporate matters, including governance, fiduciary, and tax matters arising out of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended ("ERISA"). He also assists his clients in mergers and acquisitions, employee benefits, executive compensation, and other transactions. 

Andrew represents executives, board members, and employers throughout the country in federal and state litigation and before regulatory agencies including the U.S. Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Service. He also counsels private and public companies on the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit plans, including employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), 401(k) plans, and profit-sharing plans.
