Alice H. Wang

Alice practices complex commercial litigation in both federal and state courts. Her clients have included insurance companies, financial institutions, building products manufacturers, and individuals. She has experience in all phases of litigation, and has assisted clients with matters relating to employment, intellectual property claims, breach of contract claims and unfair and deceptive business practices.

Prior to joining the firm, Alice worked as a litigation associate with the law firm Pierce Atwood LLP in Boston, where she focused on class action defense. Alice also worked in the Finance Practice of Charles River Associates in Boston, where she assisted economic and damages experts in government investigations of antitrust and securities fraud-related litigation matters.
