All of Law comes together under the United States Constitution, equally important to a person who wants a business license as to a person accused of a crime. I have studied the Constitution and the acts of the Supreme Court for more than a decade, and have instructed hundreds of law students at multiple universities in its interpretation.

The government is never so powerful and frightening as when it turns its attentions to you. I have spent years studying the United States Constitution and teaching students criminal law and criminal procedure. My multiple practice areas give me insights and strategies that sometimes elude other attorneys who only practice one type of law.

Whether a problem between a landlord and a tenant, a problem between an employer and an employee, or a problem between a person and the government, many legal problems end up in the courtroom. That's where I spend a lot of my time.
