Ms. Katera made it very clear to me that my freedom would hinge on my willingness and ability to be honest with self and the BPH. She asked me if I wanted to be free or be right. I wanted to be honest. I had never seen anyone advocate for me the way that she did. She believed in me and my change and ...represented me in that space throughout the entire hearing. She prepared me for one of the most uncomfortable meetings in my life, and had it not been for her words of encouragement and direct personality. I do not believe I would have been found suitable on my initial hearing date. She does not play, and if you have done what you were called to do, she will work far beyond the calling of her duty to help you regain your freedom!
