David Carl Anderson

David is a Civil Trial attorney with over 43 years of Courtroom and Litigation Practice. He belongs to the American Board of Trial Attorneys (ABOTA), an invitation-only prestigious National Organization of both Plaintiff and Defense Personal Injury trial attorneys, and numerous other California and San Francisco Bay Area professional associations.

His firm, Anderson Law in Mill Valley, CA, has focused on representing plaintiffs in predominantly personal injury and wrongful death cases in medical, nursing, and other professional negligence; dangerous products, medical devices, and drugs; vehicular crashes; animal attacks; sexual assault; restaurant and bar assaults; dangerous property conditions and environment; civil rights; workplace discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination and whistleblower retaliation; business disputes and breach of contract litigation.

He is also the owner of 2020 Conflict Solutions, a private mediation service, and a panelist of the Marin and Sonoma County Settlement Conference Private Attorney Panels.

David attended Dartmouth College and graduated from the University of California Berkeley in 1974. He obtained his JD from the University of SF Law School in n practicing with the well-known San Francisco plaintiff’s firm of Belli and Choulos. After four years, David, a native Southern Californian, was hired at the Los Angeles Defense firm of Kirtland and Packard in to partner at Baker, Silberberg, & Keener in Santa Monica, CA, in 1986.

In 1990 he returned to the Bay Area as a partner at the Redwood City-based Ropers, Majeski, Kohn, Bentley & Wagner in the San Francisco office. In 2002, he launched his own predominantly plaintiff personal injury law firm.
