Ken is a genuine, knowledgeable, and skilled mediator and attorney. I was suing one of my former business partners, and we ended up using Ken because he was one of the few mediators who both sides could agree on. At first things got heated, but then Ken really got down to business and I was shocked t...hat he actually got my former partner to make me a serious offer! At the end of the day, considering my future expense on lawyers, and further stress, and time - I accepted and begrudgingly shook my former partner's hand. Ken has a way to put things all in perspective, and is so at ease in this role, it really allows you to get comfortable and start looking at the big picture. He was cheap too! I rarely post reviews, but when I come across a truly a one-of-a-kind guy, who is also a pro, I have to help somebody out.

I own a large piece of commercial real estate, and my tenant, a large design firm, broke the lease. There were tons of issues, and it was a complicated matter that had been to two mediators before. After spending tons of money, and feeling bad about mediation, someone referred my lawyer to Ken, and w...hat seemed complicated, actually turned out to be simple after he organized and prioritzed all the issues and worked with us to exhaust all possible solutions. At the end of the day, we finally hammered out a deal! I have to say it was pretty exhausting, but nothing compared to a full blown trial that was about to take place in a month! Thank you Mr. Ken :)
