The primary focus of my practice is disputes concerning the duties of real estate fiduciaries, real estate purchase and sale transactions, mechanic's liens, escrow matters, partition, fraud, slander of title, adverse possession claims, construction defects, secured real property transactions, easements, partnership rights, appraisals, commercial leases, title insurance, homeowners associations, and contracts.
I am primarily a litigator, but I do handle some transactional work.

Went the extra mile!
