We don't know much about the Estate Law in CA. We moved here from Michigan. We eager to establish a new Trust since we are very, very old! We used the Copilot and this site to search for our lawyer. Luckily with all those information, we pick Vidhya. We found she is very efficient, direct, ...friendly and professional. Within a short time, we had our Trust done.

My brother and I first met Vidhya when searching for a new trust attorney for our Mother about 10 years ago. We were impressed with her warmth and knowledge. We worked with her to revise Mom's trust at that time. The positive experience prompted me to do my own Trust. Many years later when Mom... passed, Vidhya couldn't have been more compassionate walking us through the process, working with both the financial advisor and CPA on our behalf. Vidhya Babu was recommended by a friend. At the time, my mother was diagnosed with ALS and did not have an updated will nor did she have a trust. After hearing the horror stories of how probate works my mother was agreeable to meeting with Vidhya. I am so grateful she did! Talk about not knowing ...what you don’t know! Vidhya was instrumental in getting all necessary documents up to date - advanced directive, durable power of attorney, release for protected health information, will and trust. My biggest concern was having the house put into the trust so we wouldn’t have to go through probate and I wouldn’t be kicked out of the house in a short amount of time. Both mom and I asked many questions, many times. I was completely new to all of this and mom can be very demanding and pointed in her questions. Vidhya took the time to answer all of our questions in a way we could understand, never once being exasperated. In fact, Vidhya was very caring and genuinely concerned that we understood what she was explaining to us, she has the patience of a saint! Going through this process isn’t easy and Vidhya was there every step of the way guiding us. When mom passed, Vidhya pretty much held my hand and guided me step by step on what I needed to do to follow mom’s trust. She took care of the title change which was huge for me. It was stressful enough during this time and I’m so grateful for Vidhya’s help. In short order, I had Vidhya prepare my will, trust and other documents. Whew - so happy to have that done so my kids don’t have to stress about this. What a relief. As far as I’m concerned, it’s never too early to get these documents in order. You just don’t know what life might throw at you. What a gift to your loved ones to have everything spelled out and your wishes known.
