I have been working with Vidhya for 8 years now and have complete trust in and satisfaction with her and her team. She has years of expertise and is able to explain things clearly to those of us who are not familiar with the legalities involved in setting up and administering a trust. She guided me t...hrough unfamiliar territory after the passing of each of my parents as well as connecting me with other professionals (CPA, etc.) as needed. Vidhya has helped me and my family set up our individual and joint trusts. Her and her team are extremely knowledgeable, prompt, detailed and very personable. My husband and I originally had our family trust completed a few years back, however, due to some changes we needed to create a new one. The attorney that had created it was working on something else for us and not doing a very good job...so we had to look elsewhere for a new estate planning attorne...y. Vidhya was referred to us by a family friend, and thank goodness she was...come to find out our original family trust was not done properly. From the moment we met Vidhya she was kind, welcoming, and friendly. She's very professional and knowledgeable. From start to finish the whole process was painless. She set up a trust that worked well for our family's needs...she has a special way of explaining complicated legal jargon and doesn't mind answering questions, which I really appreciate. Her assistant Elizabeth was wonderful.  She was so helpful and knowledgeable...whenever I had a question or needed something. She would even email us on weekends...unlike other attorney offices we've dealt with, this office returns calls/emails in a timely manner, which I really appreciate. I have a sense of comfort now that when something does happen my husband and I have set up our family trust as best as we can knowing that things will be as easy as they can for our children. We also have the added benefit of knowing that if our children need anything they can reach out to Vidhya/Elizabeth with questions and they will be more than willing to help them.

She suggested areas that should be updated and explained why certain items should be included in the Trust and others that should not. Elizabeth on her staff was very fri...endly, helpful and approachable. Vidhya is very knowledgeable, professional, careful, and pays attention to details.
