If you need legal help for your business, look somewhere else. There are many competent lawyers in the Bay Area that won’t charge you an arm and a leg for nothing.

Suggest avoiding Stuart Hays and Transbay Law Group like the plague. Stuart Hays is incompetent, unprofessional and has no clue how to practice law. He charged me $15,000 to file a case I couldn’t recover legal fees on. He counseled me I could recover my legal fees so I would file the case. Overa...
