Excellent attorney. After two prior attorneys made errors in my case my insurance company likely fearful of their own liability pulled out the stops and assigned Mr. Baum to it. He was meticulous, thoughtful, honest and in the end prevailed despite the shenanigans of opposing counsel. He help me regain some of my waning faith in the justice system. Bravo Mr. Baum!

Richard helped us deal with a local government agency lawsuit and did a great job representing us, including negotiation with our insurance carrier. I highly recommend both Richard and AAA.

To start, my case was a very sensitive business & family matter. It needed a fine touch and a strong understanding of the fact that not only was this a legal issue, but a very personal family matter that needed to be handled with great finesse. Rick did just that! He, along with my other lawyer, who actually found Rick for our team, managed to get us an equal settlement, which allowed both sides to end the lawsuit with pride and fairness. Our team needed a lawyer that understood how to navigate the San Mateo County court system and was well respected. Rick proved himself time and time again. I don't think I could have found any better representation than him. There really is so much more I could say, all being positive, but I think you have the message by now. Rick is a great choice!
