Mahmoud A Fadli

Throughout his career, Mahmoud Fadli has gained significant professional experience in the legal sector, serving various law offices throughout the state of California. Prior to earning his juris doctor from the Santa Clara University School of Law, Mahmoud Fadli served as an intern and Law Clerk at the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office where he received a letter of recommendation from Kamal D. Harris. After earning his law degree, he served several practices including a private litigation firm in Los Altos, California and led the litigation department at Fadli & Fadli, PC. There he successfully litigated two trials and mediated numerous disputes. He joined Coddington Hicks & Danforth in February of 2018.

At Coddington Hicks & Danforth, Mr. Fadli is extensively involved in cases concerning insurance and aviation defense. His responsibilities include drafting pleadings in both Federal and State courts, making court appearances, interviewing witnesses, taking and defending depositions, and negotiating settlements.

Mahmoud Fadli is a member of the California State Bar. He is also licensed to practice in the Northern and Central District of California, and is a member of the Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association. As a licensed and experienced pilot, Mr. Fadli regularly flies for California Airways in Hayward, California. In his spare time, Mr. Fadli writes for various aviation-related publications.
