Barry David Brown

Barry Brown is a partner in the Redwood City office for Gray•Duffy, LLP. Mr. Brown’s diversified practice includes extensive litigation experience in both trial and appellate courts. He has successfully represented hundreds of individuals and businesses in matters concerning premises liability, construction defect, product liability, personal injury and property damage litigation. Additionally, Mr. Brown has represented numerous professionals in the areas of legal, accounting and dental professional liability cases.

Mr. Brown’s expertise encompasses handling civil lawsuits dealing with the duties of property and business owners, as well as contractor and subcontractor liability, from inception through trial and appeal. He has litigated cases involving various forms of property damage arising out soil movement, fire and other causes.

Mr. Brown obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1977 and Bachelor of Arts in 1973 from the University of San Francisco, after growing up outside of San Francisco.

He was admitted to the California Bar in 1977 and is also admitted to practice before all Federal and State Courts in California. Additionally, Mr. Brown has argued before numerous appellate districts in the State of California, including the First, Second and Third Appellate Districts; and has volunteered his time to act as a Judge Pro Tem with the San Francisco Superior Court.
