I hired Anna Goncharova as my attorney and signed a formal engagement agreement with her. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. After our professional relationship ended, I became aware that Anna had made public remarks online that referenced me in a context that made it possible for others... to identify me — even if my name was not explicitly mentioned. I consider this a serious breach of basic professional ethics and confidentiality, which attorneys are obligated to uphold even after representation has concluded.
