I had a paid consultation with the attorney. She advertised as an immigration expert and that's why i decided to get from her second opinion. Information I was given was not in line in current immigration procedures. It appears as if an attorney who specializes in family law decided to make a quic...k buck and take advantage of immigrants like me.

I hired Anna Goncharova as my attorney and signed a formal engagement agreement with her. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. After our professional relationship ended, I became aware that Anna had made public remarks online that referenced me in a context that made it possible for others... to identify me — even if my name was not explicitly mentioned. I consider this a serious breach of basic professional ethics and confidentiality, which attorneys are obligated to uphold even after representation has concluded. When I attempted to address this matter directly and respectfully, I was met with deflection and no acknowledgment of responsibility. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Anna Goncharova as a trustworthy legal professional. When working with an attorney — especially on sensitive matters — you expect confidentiality and respect. Unfortunately, I did not receive either.
