Oliver has represented me for a few years in a high conflict case with a very wealthy, litigious, bloodthirsty attorney with whom I had two children. Originally, I hired Oliver's assistant. She was very green, inexperienced, and I was not happy with her performance in the courtroom. I have a pretty low income, and I was desperate for help in front of the judge, who really didn't like me and wasn't afraid to say so. Oliver stepped in and has affect...ed my case in a positive way. Oliver is good, though I feel he is slow to return calls and emails. He often seems distracted. This may be a limitation due to my limited scope of representation or that he is busy with other clients and cases. This is the first time I've hired an attorney, so I don't have much to compare to. However, he has given me good advice and he's been appropriately aggressive in court without enraging our very cantankerous judge. I plan to keep Oliver on my case as long as I can afford to do so.
