My Case just got kicked off and I've only had my very first Court hearing /Appearance at the Superior Court House there in Redwood City California where I entered a Plea of : ABSOLUTELY NOT GUILTY WITH A CAPIITAL N...... It was at that hearing where I recieved the telephone number of The Public Def...ender's Office and when I called , I was told that Linda Bramy was my Assigned Public Defender. So , after recieving her number I called her on a Wednesday Afternoon and left a message on her answering machine to introduce myself ,let her know who I was , relayed my contact #, and gave My Case #. Linda was very Quick and Responsive to my message and returned my call early the next morning even though we were in the middle of this Big Storm with alot of businesses being closed and shut down due to power outages and flooding. When she called me back ,I was busy working outside in the rain and wasn't there to answer my phone that was sitting in my dry truck. We must keep our cell phones dry right. Anyway, I missed her first call back,but was happy that she responded to my initial message so quickly. Honestly, I wasn't expecting to hear from her so quickly, as I know that Attorney's are VERY Busy and was kinda expecting a few days to go by before I got a call back. So, I missed her call the first time but was greatful that she was quick to acknowledge me. In Addition, she called me back again the very next morning and we were able to make contact over the phone and reciprocate the necessary introductory information and begin what one could define as sort of A Prelude to my Case . I will have to say that my case in particular has a lot of Factual elements and Variables and Components to Consider , as it is COMPLEX with relevant paperwork from several different agencies spanning over a coarse of an entire year. I have Notes ,Certified Letters,Dates ,Times, Drawings,Plans, Invoices,Checks, Reciepts,Reports,Pictures, Copies of phone texts, recordings of phone messages, Testimony from other people, along with alll sorts of different Various forms of Documentation, Etc. ,Etc., Ect. I wish that it wasn't so COMPLEX , but it Certainly is. Put it this way, I have an office desk 5 foot wide by 3 foot deep completely filled and stacked 2 foot high with Paperwork, notepads ,binders, ETC. All pertaining to THIS CASE. Some of it being Relevant Factual Information and Evidence. Some of it , I might as well throw away. So. Based on my very first interaction with Linda, I can say that She Handled Me Very Well Considering All of the Stuff I Have along with all of the things one could imagine that I feel needs to be said. Linda and I just began this Process of helping me with my Case and I can tell right out of the Gate just fom Two brief phone conversations with her that she is Quick ,Professional,Intelligent,Sharp, Straight Foward, and Smart as a Whip. Not too many people easily impress me so quickly. She Certainly did. It's interesting How we have the ability to Just know how people are just by that first impression .
