About Kevin
Biography
Before cofounding Moon Law APC, Kevin practiced litigation at international law firms, where he specialized in personal injury/wrongful death, aviation, product liability and complex litigation. Kevin has extensive experience representing clients in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation. He has presented at international conferences and published articles on legal developments in aviation accident cases. Kevin has been named a Northern California “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine every year since 2013.
Kevin earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was an Executive Editor for the San Diego Law Review. Kevin earned his B.A. with high honors from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and was an All-American lacrosse player.
