Biography
Jennifer is an accomplished and successful intellectual property litigator with extensive trial experience. She represents clients in state and federal courts and before the U.S. International Trade Commission. Jennifer’s attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills enable her to be particularly keen at client counseling, strategic case development, jury selection, and trial management.
Jennifer earned her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Scholar. Prior to law school, she graduated magna cum laude from Santa Clara University, completing all her courses in two and a half years. A native of Taiwan, Jennifer reads and writes Chinese, and speaks Mandarin fluently.
Jennifer has been named a Rising Star and a Top Woman Attorney in Northern California by SuperLawyers every year since 2014, an honor that is awarded to no more than 2.5% of California laywers.

Very helpful in a stressful situation
