Working with this attorney has been a nightmare. We met with Ike to discuss the formulation of a Will, where we discussed both what information would be required and what the costs for the services were. Ike said he would send over some forms to help us collect the information. A week later we receiv...ed a cookie-cutter document with our names slapped on the top (and misspelled!) and a bill for $1200. Unhappy with the quality of work, we elected to pursue other options. We then received letters threatening collection. Ike then passed the collection responsibility to a billing / collections guys named Frank Thomas who called my wife, yelled at her, threatened a lawsuit and then hung up. He then called me, threatened a lawsuit and hung up on me. It's no way to run a business. We would have been happy to happy to pay Ike for his time spent assisting us but were never given the option.
