If i could give this lawyer zero stars, i’d do it with no hesitation. Bad experience with long term bad consequences to me and my family and my child. She billed me excessively for work I haven’t ask for or agreed on. This lawyer doesn’t care about you, doesn’t care about the consequences to your fam...ily and, in my experience, she only cares about her money. Her performance at court was way below par, to say the least. There were a few times where she told me that she wrote and filed legal documents in my case, however, later i found out that she didn’t. My advice is completely based on my experience: stay away from this lawyer and save yourself huge disappointments.

This attorney only cares about money and not her clients. I hired Flora to represent my divorce case at court. Flora promised a lot and delivered very little. Her conduct was below what she presented herself to be. She was unprofessional, never prepared for court, didn't take the time to learn the de...tails in the case, misrepresented herself, and more. Flora didn't care about me or my family. I was really devastated to realize how indifferent she had been in representing my case at court. For a lawyer who deals with domestic abuse she should know better when pretending to help victims. My experience with her was frustrating, a waste of money, and a huge disappointment. Stay away from this attorney and save your money and peace.

I hired this lawyer for my divorce case. We spent time reviewing the documents, discussing the case, preparing for court, and agreeing on my position in regards to asset division. She billed me for all the meetings, calls and emails. However, at the court, I was not allowed into the judge's office an...d I found out that Flora Garcia Sepulveda misrepresented me! As a result, the judge did not consider my side and I lost assets. Worse, this lawyer lied to me, her client, for months that she told the judge what we agreed on. I don't know what were her interests, but they were NOT my interests. Then, when it came to filing the court orders, Flora went along with her misrepresentations and lies and, although the orders were against my case because of her misrepresentations, she NEVER objected. Those orders were against what we decided together and were in my worst interest. Today, I still suffer from the consequences of hiring this dishonest lawyer. Her conduct was the worst I've ever experienced: she not only misrepresented me at court, she had never advised me of the legal actions we could have taken to prevent the financial and emotional damages that happened to me as a result of her misrepresentations. I felt totally betrayed.

Flora has a strong repoire and mutual respect with the judges. Flora helped to settle the financial aspects of my case - despite my former spouse's attempts to thwart - after 2+ years and multiple attorneys. She does especially well with difficult opposing counsel and on several occasions I have wi...tnessed opposing counsel be threatened with sanctions while Flora remains focused and calm. Unlike other family law attorneys I've worked with, Flora is professional, fair and always well prepared. She has a well rounded legal foundation that spans multiple areas of law which benefits her clients. She seems to really care about her clients; her rates are reasonable and she's an advocate of educating her clients and encourages them to take on certain elements of their own cases to help increase long-term knowledge and limit fees.
