Michele Ann Colucci-Zieger

I hired Michele to assist in a family law situation. She was a bad choice. Working with Michele was difficult on three levels: 1) Expertise - Michele lacked the domain expertise to be effective. This lead to the need for very expensive outside experts. It also meant a delay of nearly six months t...han was needed because she misunderstood or misrepresented key filing dates 2) Attention to detail - attention to detail was lacking throughout the process, and the final filing had to be given to a different set of attorneys because of her inabiility to finalize the process 3) Ethical considerations - strong questions here. Michele brings a number of bias to her work. During the process she deliberately misrepresented her clients wishes in the interest of 'driving a deal,' and when confronted with the evidence of her misrepresentation, threatened to quit midway into a multi month engagement. At best Michele acted in a way that suggested that she thought she knew better than her client, at worst she was working against her client.
