Michelle is and has been a true Blessing to my Divorce and Custody Case. She is very available and there for you. I'm so very glad that she absolutely took on my difficult case and stayed optimistic. She is extremely intelligent and knows the Law. She always followed through and was very punctual. Sh...e was also accommodating as I live in San Jose and her office is in Redwood City. Going through divorce is not easy for anyone especially when your ex-spouse creates so many issues unnecessarily. I was totally heartbroken and shocked at the same time to see how my ex behaved. She was so patient and listened to me for a while and then explained me the whole process. She then came to meet me the next day and gave me some paperwork to sign (her retention agreement) and started on the case. She prepared the required documentation in no time and sent to me on email. As I travel extensively, she co-operated with me and always was there whenever I needed her advise. She is straightforward, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. She always kept me in the loop whenever she responded to my ex's attorney and always called me / texted me with the updates. She also helped me with my 401k plus split (QDRO) even though she is not an expert on that. She was always there to help whatever it was. I'm now completely done with my case and moved on in my life and I'm fully satisfied the way Michelle handled my case. Her charges are very nominal and the best in the industry.
