No. It is a money judgment.. They can ultimately have the Sheriff sell you property at auction.

You do not have to do anything. The person recording the mechanic's lien has to sue you within 90 days of recording, otherwise the lien goes...

Of your new servicer is a reporting member, he should have reported your on time payments. You should call the servicer and ask.

Yes, it should be dischargeable. If the original debt is dischargeable (which it sounds as if it is), so the interest on it.
