For over 30 years, I have been helping my clients navigate the many challenges and complexities of California family law matters. 

I have the experience and expertise as a trial advocate to represent my clients in a wide range of litigated matters, including issues of property valuation and division, child and spousal support, and child custody litigation.      

Avoiding court is possible in many cases.  As alternatives to litigation, I offer my years of experience and advanced training in alternate dispute resolution proceedings, such as mediation and collaborative law.  In additon to my private mediation practice, I regularly assist local courts in presiding over day-of-court medation and settlement conferences.  I have served many clients who are working with a mediatior in the capacity of the client's outside consutling counsel.   

I also represent clients in the respectful negotiation and careful preparation of their Premarital Agreements and Marital Agreements.
