Unknowledgeable
Despite his long time experience, I found Mr. Litwin unknowledgeable. I met with him to consult about my H1b matter and he could not answer many of my questions, although he charged pretty much for a 30 minute consultation. If you just need to fill up some forms, then maybe you can go to him, but if ...
