Nancy’s law office came highly recommended to me when I was a difficult situation. I have a complex dissolution case that involves domestic violence and significant assets. My soon-to-be ex-husband decided to take possession of an asset of mine that he had no right to and I needed to hire an attorney... very quickly. Nancy, Alex, and Laila were available to me immediately. They graciously met with me on a weekend for multiple hours and we were able to determine an immediate course of action. They filed for a restraining order right away and everything that we requested was granted. Subsequently, we had to appear in court following a separate matter that my ex filed. Nancy, Alex, and Laila all came to court prepared and ready to plead our case. Fortunately, the judge immediately expunged the order in our favor. The team has been beyond spectacular! They have assisted me during the entire process always explaining the options and suggesting the best approach. They are always available to answer my questions and have been a huge support system for me during this life changing time. I’m forever grateful to them and all their hard work.

Over the past several years I have gone through an absolutely horrendous divorce and custody battle that was devastating to me and my children. This complex case has involved numerous aspects of family law, including custody, support, attorney fees etc. Nancy has had her practice in San Mateo County for nearly two decades and is extremely familiar with the system and is connected with a very strong network of family law practitioners, experts, judges etc. Nancy prepared me for all of the various RFOs, trials, and prepared herself for trial and counseled me about what to expect every step of the way. Nancy has such a good way with people and makes you feel calm despite the storm surrounding you. Nancy manages stress and anxiety well and through this management helped me also deal well with all the stress and anxiety of going through all that a contentious divorce entails. In the end and through Nancy's hard work and passion she has delivered extremely positive results and me and my family are now able to look forward.
