Chris did a great job representing us in the acquisition of a retail business, forming our business entity and documenting a complex transaction that included a secured note, lease, transfer of operating licenses, formation of business entity, and negotiation of non-compete and non-disclosure agreements. In particular, Chris structured the deal in a way that saved and deferred our taxes

Probate Case
Probate procedures were handled efficiently and without a hitch. All issues were handled correctly the first time all court dates were met. The procedure could or have been completed any quicker. I would recommend Chris for probate work. He has also provided me with good counsel on other legal matters.
