No follow through after several multi hour meetings with my spouse. Promises of a summary only happened after repeated requests. Was promised list of qualified attorneys after first meeting, several weeks later I recieved an e mail containg few names. When directed by email on how I wanted a docum...ent sent to me, the request was ignored and sent with Within the body of the e mail-. It was useless. to me. After two months we are no closer to filing for divorce. We have no agreements signed maybe one rough draft of a proposal . Delays blamed on staff shortages, etc.. When it came time to submit the retainer there was no mention of staff shortages or overloaded work schedule. That's no our problem but i feel we are paying a high price for this lack luster performance. In my opinion it's time to move on to a more interested attorney who can follow through and follow instructions
