Filed a Substitution of Attorney instead of a notice or letter of intent, given I had no lawyer, that and all other fac...tors are suspicious (?) Communication was bare for a advocate who was to supposedly protect my interest. For this marital dissolution bifurcation, the home was not addressed in terms of future protections. She did not ensure that I received the Pension plan, spousal packet, ex's pleading, and did not assist a pleading on the plan. Did not make sure I receive a copy of the joinder on the plan and did not sign off of the case for twenty years, even as she closed her practice before half of that time. All of this has contributed to extra unnecessary issues, loss, harm, hardship and damage.
