Robert Dizon Ponce

I was broad sided driver side by a red light runner and someone recommended that I file a lawsuit. I had no experience in this area, and was referred originally to an attorney who advised me I didn't have much of a case, and who basically did nothing. As time went by and I was approaching the deadl...ine to file, I thought more about it and decided to seek other counsel. I was referred to Rob Ponce by another attorney and was very pleased from the beginning. Rob was also very personable, respectful toward my husband and myself, and as we got to know him better, we found him to be a smart and engaging person. He was always very honest and forthright with me about my case, laying out options and potential and giving me the ability to make the decisions about our approach. It took a bit of time, but we ultimately settled in arbitration, which I was grateful for - I didn't relish going to court, and the final settlement I felt was fair. Overall, I would absolutely work with Robert again, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for representation in this kind of case. Mr. Ponce handled an auto accident claim for me where I was rear-ended. I initially tried to deal with the other guy's insurance myself, but after getting the run-around I contacted him so I could avoid the aggravation. He stepped in and handled everything with the insurance company and all my medica...l providers. After the case was settled and all the providers were paid, I found out that the payment to the hospital (from my ER visit) had been credited to the wrong account. I called Mr. Ponce and explained the situation. Because the case was over and all the money had been distributed, I expected to pay Mr. Ponce to straighten things out with the hospital. Instead, he took care of the problem without any hint of needing any extra payment. Great service!
