I call myself a Transformational Lawyer, which means that I help my clients to transform their legal problems into opportunities for personal growth and positive change. I call what I do a Coach Approach to the Practice of Law. My practice focuses on small business and real estate issues and commercial mediation. I believe that, as Conflict Managers, lawyers have the opportunity to become Conflict Healers and, in doing so, shift the way conflict is resolved on this planet.

Highly recommended
Philip is very clear in his explanation of the applicable law and the process in a short sale, potential bankruptcy and foreclosure. He and his staff make the entire process as easy as possible. I have recommended him to many clients and all of them have been equally satisfied.
