It is my philosophy to practice preventive law, whereby potential pitfalls are addressed before the contract is signed or the deal done. This works best if Neil serves as part of your management team, reviewing proposals and agreements in the beginning stages of negotiation, rather than waiting until a crisis erupts. Clients can then focus on running their business and not battling legal problems.  Such an approach will most likely save clients significant time and expense by avoiding problems all together, rather than relying on the courts or arbitration to resolve them.  It is my goal to provide my clients sound, accurate legal advice in a timely manner.   When a problem arises you can trust that I will be available to assist you.
