Ms. Chubb was very willing to take the case and assure us she would get right on the fillings needed, but basically warned us not to call her or e-mail, because of the cost for her time to read and respond, she we contact us. Our meeting with her was in December, she did say it was difficult to get... things done during the holidays, but would be in touch at the beginning of the year. No contact in January, no contact in February, one letter sent to our Po box in mid March, basically asking what she was suppose to be doing?????!!! Really!
