I graduated from the University of California at Santa Cruz (UCSC) with a B.A. in Politics, and a minor in East Asian Studies. After graduating from UCSC, I worked on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. I received my Master's Degree at the Carey School of Business of the Johns Hopkins University. I returned to California in 2002 after about 10 years on the East Coast. I attended the Monterey College of Law in the evenings while working full-time for the Department of Defense in Monterey. My primary practice area is Bankruptcy.
