Jeremy made the entire process easy. We did Chapter 13 and he walked us through what to expect and was always available to guide us and answer questions that came up along the way. You would think during 5 years, you'd lose that connection, but Jeremy checked in and made sure we were doing well along... the way. He never missed a beat and we truly appreciate everything he did for us. We successfully completed it and he was just as excited for us as we were.
