I called the law firm seeking advice to deal with my neighbor moving our shared fence, where he was taking part of my property. I hired Dutch Meyer to represent me in this case. After my neighbor received a Demand Letter from Mr. Meyer, the neighbor complied with the demand and we were able to avoid ...filing a suit in court. When the final demand was met and I requested the case be closed, Mr Meyer informed me that I would be receiving a partial refund for the retainer. Filed for a domestic violence restraining order. Over a 3-yr period, I experienced overall dissatisfaction with the case, communication, and most importantly, billing.
