It seemed as though Brian never wanted to seek settlement but only wanted it to continue it forever generating him more and more fees. There are always excuses, constant vacations, baseball camp, family issues for not completing the task at hand. There were diversions into unnecessary tangents that o...nly caused more resentment and costs. It seems as if he intentionally caused friction and more hostilities if only to agitate and create more problems rather than working on finding a solution during what is a very difficult and emotional time. I found him to be very misleading and unfamiliar to the as to what the actual facts were and what the conclusions would be. He came across as very arrogant and insulting to others, but I think that is part of his "game plan". I latter learned that many other attorneys in the area have a very difficult time with his "style" of divorce mitigation.
