My legal journey with Jonathan began in February 2011. When this journey began, Jonathan warned me that litigation was going to be expensive and the end result was going to be unsatisfactory. He was right and as of today February 2015 the journey continues. Jonathan has represented me during an attempt to negotiate with the opposing party. When they refused to even acknowledge the attempt to negotiate, he represented me in filing my lawsuit. He was there during all of the grief of discovery, motions, counter motions and finally through the trial, which I won. He has represented me to recover legal fees, which I was awarded. Now he represents me in response to the opponents appeal.
Jonathan, is fair and does not stack the bills with unnecessary costs. He becomes involved with his clients as he has done for me by providing an emotional anchor during the rough times, advising me on employment issues and reviewing and commenting on employment contracts/non-competes.
I highly recommend Jonathan for your business legal needs. I strongly encourage you to seek legal representation in all legal matters. I also highly recommend that you avoid litigation, and settle - even for less than you think it worth - as the emotional, physical and financial costs are much greater than you will ever imagine.
