Anne Leach is a partner of Ottone & Leach LLP. Anne’s practice focuses on personal and business transactions in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, family owned businesses, with an emphasis on agricultural business, real estate sales and leases, and non-profit formation and governance.
Anne Leach was born and raised in Salinas, California. She is a fifth generation Central Californian on both sides of her family. Anne graduated from Salinas High School (1985), the University of California at Berkeley (B.A. in English and History, 1990) and Santa Clara University School of Law (J.D., 1993). Anne lived in Ancona, Italy for the 1985-1986 school year as a foreign exchange student on the AFS Americans Abroad program.
Anne has served in leadership roles on the Boards of the following community organizations: Salinas Rotary Club, Sun Street Centers, SPCA for Monterey County, Sally Hughes Church Foundation, Andrew and Phyllis D’Arrigo Charitable Foundation, Bruce Church Educational Foundation, Hawley Central California AFS Endowment Fund, National Steinbeck Center and Salinas Valley Half Marathon. She is also a member of the State Bar of California, Monterey County Bar Association, Monterey County Women Lawyers Association, California Women for Agriculture, the Salinas Valley Chamber of Commerce and is a graduate of Leadership Salinas Valley Class XIII.
Anne has received numerous awards and honors for her professional and community work including Outstanding Young Citizen from the Salinas Jaycees, “COG” of the Year and Rotarian of the Year from the Salinas Rotary Club, the Athena Award for businesswoman of the year from the Salinas Valley Chamber of Commerce, Trustee Award from the National Steinbeck Center, Monterey Bay Business Hall of Fame from Junior Achievement of the Silicon Valley and Monterey Bay, and the Luminary Award from Sun Street Centers.
