Michael L Schulte

I hired Michael L. Schulte in 2023. He was very forth coming at first and then went missing for months. Then he would reappear stating trouble with family medical issues. Then he would go missing again. When I say missing, I mean, I called, I emailed and I texted him over and over again. Then months ...later, he would turn up again. Once again stating family issues, a father dying. Then after paying him another 5K or more, he went missing again. This attorney has some sort of issue and it I don’t need to know what it is, it is just that I won’t work with him again and I won’t pay him one more dime. Sad, as he is so pleasant and seeming kind, but not responding to your client is professional and illegal. I may be reporting him to the Bar.

Michael was polite but not very helpful. After meeting twice and deciding to move forward with his services, I paid him 300$ to start services. He went on to miss the next 3 meetings we had, with the last one resulting in no contact for over 4 months. During that time, I made several attempts to cont...act him with no success. I was only able to finally reach him after calling him with a blocked number. I eventually filed a report with the BBB, to which Michael agreed to provide a refund. Michael declined to speak to the BBB and never returned my money nor file as he had committed to doing so.
